Our "Ready to Run"™ program provides new core, cover and bearings for more than 30 press types, including Heidelberg, Komori, Goss, Harris and Sakurai. Pacesetter offers a full range of heatset and sheetfed blankets with proven consistency and stability. Our blankets maintain superior printability while providing optimum performance on press.Manufacturer of "Ready to Run"™ for sheetfed and news web presses featuring new steel cores, specially formulated rubber coverings and bearings mounted to guarantee concentricity. All press rollers and blankets are "press ready" and available for immediate shipment from Pacesetter Graphic Service. Pacesetter carries other press products and supplies: press roller cleaner paste and lube, bearings, wash-up blades, packing paper, etc. We stock the largest inventory of Heidelberg and Komori press rollers in the U.S., including alcolor water forms and pans, complete with fixtures. Pacesetter lithographic press rollers are manufactured completely in-house from new core to rubber cover at our Georgia facility which include rubber mills and a machine shop.
