Pacesetter is a complete press roller manufacturer, our 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is designed to produce new steel cores and specially compounded rubber coverings.

We develop and manufacture our own rubber compounds exclusively for our printing rollers, using only the highest quality ingredients.


Using quality ingredients makes the difference, not only in giving our rubber the ability to resist shrinking and swelling, but to last longer on your press.


Our press rollers are built on brand-new steel cores to guarantee concentricity.


We have three CNC machines for high quality machining of brand new cores every time.


We do extensive research as well as in-house and field-testing on all our products. This enables us to "design out" problem-causing factors.
